FixNation is based in Los Angeles, California providing services in the greater Los Angeles County area only. For all other areas go to SpayUSA.org to find resources.

FixNation offers affordable spay/neuter surgery for pet cats and kittens in to help increase access to all pet owners. Low-cost fees* for pet cats (or rescued cats or kittens seeking adoption) at the time of surgery are: Female/Spay: $55 Male/Neuter: $40 Found Animals Microchip: $5 PureVax Rabies Vaccine: $20 Rabies Vaccine: $10 FVRCP Vaccine: $15 Flea Treatment: $20 Deworming: $10-25/dose FeLV/FIV Test: $25 Nail trim: $5 *Prices are subject to change without notice. Residents of the City of Los Angeles are eligible for discount vouchers through the LA Animal Services, which must be presented at check in on the same day your pet is in for surgery. Additional City assistance programs can make surgery even less expensive with proof of financial hardship. Contact LA Animal Services for more information at 1-888-452-7381.

Pet Owner Agreement
By submitting this form, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following statements:
I will bring my cat in a hard plastic carrier.
I understand I may be refused services if I bring my cat in a cardboard box type carrier or other non-approved carriers, such as soft carriers. I will email email@example.com with any questions about carriers that are not like the hard plastic carrier shown, to get approval for use prior to bringing my cat in for surgery.
I will pull access to food, including people food, from my cat at 12:00 midnight, the night before surgery. If I have kitten(s) 4 months and under I will feed 1 teaspoon of wet food at 6:00 AM the morning of surgery. I understand it is acceptable to leave water down.
I understand the following pricing for my cat(s) may apply: Spay $55; Neuter $40; FVRCP Vaccine $15; Rabies Vaccine $10; Microchip with surgery $5; Nail Trim $5; FeLV/FIV Testing $25; Flea Control (Revolution 30-day dose) $20
Additional Medications may be prescribed by the vet on a case by case basis.
Umbilical Hernias will be repaired at the time of surgery and carries an automatic additional charge of $20.
Male cats who are cryptorchid (undescended or retained testicles) carries an automatic additional charge of $20.
I further understand I am not being offered any free services by filling out this pet application and if I qualify for a special promotion, I have noted it in the notes section or contacted firstname.lastname@example.org to verify and/or discuss this option if it is applicable.
