Day of the Dead Altar Honors Departed Cats

Day of the Dead “Tree of Life”
FixNation’s 7th Annual Day of the Dead Altar

Each year FixNation erects an altar for lost and departed cats at the Dia De Los Muertos Celebration, held at the famous Hollywood Forever Cemetery. This year’s event will be on Saturday, October 29.  The altar will honor beloved felines and also raise awareness about FixNation’s work on behalf of community cats still living among us—including spaying and neutering more than 100 cats that live on the cemetery grounds!

There are so many ways to get involved…

SEND PHOTOS

Memorialize your departed feline friends by sending a photo
to be included in the altar. Please include the cat’s name! Email photos to info@fixnation.org with the subject: “Day of the Dead Photos,”  or bring prints to the FixNation clinic (located at 7680 Clybourn Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 91352) by Friday, October 21st
