Today is World Spay Day, and animal advocates across the country are spreading the word about the urgent need to humanely reduce pet overpopulation.  Over three million healthy cats and dogs are euthanized in U.S. shelters each year - 90% of which are considered adoptable. FixNation along with many other individuals, families, and friends descended on the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles, on Saturday, November 1, to celebrate the ancient tradition and holiday, Dia de los Muertos or Day of the Dead. This day celebrates and honors beloved ancestors and loved ones lost. In celebration, each year FixNation erects an altar to lost and deceased cats.
