Hi, my name is Gail Colby. I used to work on a dead-end street in a commercial district in Van Nuys, next to a large TV studio, surrounded by a residential area. At first, I started seeing cats in the parking lot, mostly sick and dying. I decided that I could do something to help them, even if it was to just prevent starvation.
